Hatha
A sequence of poses and breathing techniques aimed at building strength, lengthening muscles, burning fat, toning internal organs, and improving balance. Hatha is an excellent starting point if you're new to hot yoga.

Power
A fast paced, strength based style of yoga that combines traditional poses with vigorous movement in a flowing sequence linked with breath, for a full-body workout. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Sculpt
This full-body workout targets and tones all major muscle groups. Using light free weights, this high intensity yet beginner friendly class blends strength training and movement. Challenge your strength and flexibility in a dynamic way.

Yin
A slow paced style of yoga with long held passive poses that target deep connective tissues, enhance flexibility, and promote relaxation. Yin yoga is ideal for reducing stress and improving joint mobility. Great for beginners.

Power/Yin Fusion
This class blends the best of both worlds energizing power yoga and calming yin. The first half builds heat with dynamic movement, while the second half focuses on deep, soothing stretches. You'll leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

The mindful movement of hatha fused with the strength building intensity of power. You'll flow through postures that build heat, improve alignment, and enhance focus. Perfect for those looking to deepen their practice with both stability and strength.

Infinity Flow
A combination of slow flow and power yoga. Begin with a slow, steady sequence of postures, then transition to a dynamic flow linking breath with movement. It’s a great way to explore a variety of poses, stretches, and challenges.

Second Friday Of The Month
A guided meditation practice that leads you into deep relaxation and restful awareness. It helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote mental clarity by guiding you between wakefulness and sleep.

90 Minute Hatha
First Sunday of the month
A 90-minute featuring a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This intense workout improves strength, flexibility, and detoxification while building mental focus and endurance.

Sacred Flow
Offered Monthly
A gentle flow that weaves mindful movement with the healing vibration of mantra. This heart-centered practice invites you to slow down, connect deeply with your breath, and move with intention. Through a soothing sequence of gentle postures, we’ll open the body, calm the mind, and cultivate presence.
