A full moon is the perfect opportunity to let go of people, places, and things that are no longer serving us. Alyssa will guide you through an opening introduction and breathwork, followed by journaling, a group meditation to release stagnant energy, and a closing release ritual for anything no longer aligns with our personal lives.This will be a minimal-movement experience. Please dress comfortably and bring a bolster, journal, and pen.

Breathwork Journey

In this guided session, we use the breath as a bridge between body and mind. By maintaining a rhythmic, unbroken flow of inhalation and exhalation, energy begins to move more freely, often leading to sensations of clarity, emotional release, and deep inner peace. This “over-breathing” technique can activate the body’s natural healing response, helping to clear stagnant emotions and reconnect you to a sense of wholeness.
